STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Booking Confirmation & Acceptance
- All bookings for House Of Howl services are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required partial payment and a confirmation notification from House Of Howl.
- By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Payment Terms
- A partial payment of 50% of the total service fee is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This partial payment will be directly applied towards the total service fee.
- The remaining balance of the total service fee is due upon completion of the service.
- We accept payments via credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and UPI on the website while booking. All transactions are processed securely.
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, such as GST where applicable.
3. Pricing
- Prices for our services are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a booking is confirmed with a partial payment, the price for that specific service will be honored.
4. Cancellations by the Client & Refunds
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled service time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 48 hours and less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled service time will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time, or no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the full payment/deposit, and no refund will be issued.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original method of payment.
5. Rescheduling by the Client
- Clients may request to reschedule a confirmed booking up to 48 hours prior to the original scheduled time without incurring additional fees. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
- Each booking may be rescheduled Twice without penalty.
6. No-Shows
- Failure to attend a confirmed booking without prior notification will be considered a 'no-show'. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund, and the full service fee will be forfeited.
7. Service Changes or Cancellations by House Of Howl
- In the unlikely event that House Of Howl needs to change or cancel a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, emergency), we will notify you as soon as possible.
- Clients will be offered the option to reschedule the service at no additional cost or receive a full refund for the affected service.
- House Of Howl is not responsible for any consequential loss or inconvenience suffered as a result of such changes or cancellations by House Of Howl.
8. Liability
- While we take utmost care in providing our services, House Of Howl shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question.
9. Acceptance of Terms
- Your use of our booking system and/or making a payment constitutes your acceptance of these Booking and Payment Terms and Conditions.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and specifically subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
